Kai Denninger launched award-winning publication Yo! Raps Magazine, www.yoraps.com, before his freshman year at Göttingen, Germany's HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2003.
After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and completing a two-year internship at a leading wholesale and foreign trade company (HEMO Mohr GmbH & Co. KG), Denninger began concentrating his full attention on building up Yo! Raps.
Within a year, the website’s traffic grew by over 200% and its e-mail circulation topped 1.2 million subscribers. Yo! Raps would go on to be honored as "Best Online Magazine" at the 2009 Southern Entertainment Awards (SEAs) and "Best Website" in 2008 and 2009 at the Underground Music Awards (UMAs).
Denninger also founded Yo! Promotions, www.yo-pr.com, in 2008 to promote music from Def Jam, Cash Money, and Slip-N-Slide, in addition to organizing local music events and nightclub promotion.
Furthermore Denninger is a co-founder of Block Starz Music (BSM), www.blockstarzmusic.com, which is a multinational enterprise specializing in online music promotion, digital rights acquisition, and talent management. BSM is headquartered in New Albany, IN with satellite offices in Germany and Australia and currently represents music artists in the United States, United Kingdom, and Italy.
In 2011, Denninger founded full service booking agency Yo! Bookings, www.yobookings.com, to provide first class booking services to celebrity hosts, recording artists, and venue operators around the globe.

Bayer Mack formed his first independent label, Street Vibes Records, during his freshman year at MTSU, home of the prestigious McClean School of Music. The ambitious journalism major landed a distribution deal through Select-O-Hits for his self-produced debut "Leave 'Em Alone" (SVR-0100) and would later produce and release "Death Wish" (SVR-0101) by Tha GoodFellaz. Both releases were published through Mack’s Comfortably Funkie Muzik (BMI).
After college and a profitable stint at Arch Communications (USA Mobility), Mack launched online publishing company Infinity-Digital in 1998 and partnered with HOT 104.3 FM (WBLO) to launch the fledgling Hip-Hop station’s website. Six months after its debut, HOT 104 was named one of Loud Records' "Top Hip-Hop Sites in the World" and was later signed to Steve Rifkind's groundbreaking AKA.com Network.
Mack was invited to speak on the "Future of Online Hip-Hop" panel at the 1st Annual Interactive Music Expo in New York and has written for AllHipHop.com, HipHopDX.com, Ozone, and Smooth magazines.
He joined German-based YoRaps.com as Features Editor in 2008, later becoming Marketing Manager.
